Before anyone points me there, I've seen the "Create Setlist from a Collection" thread here
https://www.zubersoft.com/mobilesheets/f...t+restrict and that's not quite what I want to do.
I don't want to create a new set list for every rehearsal with each band. I want one rehearsal set list which I can edit from week to week but always from a resticted list (i.e the collection for that band)
Is this possible?

You could tag the Bands in one of the metadata fields, so you coud Filter the setlist with the Band Name. You could save the Filter, so it will be one click.

Manually changing a setlist is the same as creatinga nother list - just with different contents.
Display your previous setlist and long press one of the songs. Just long press one of the songs
Use floating menu checkbox to select all songs in the list and then delete them
User a filter as previously described to add song to the (now empty) setlist.
Alternatively, put all songs you are likely to use into a setlist.
To reorder the setlist, open it and scroll down to find the first song you want to practise
Tap the left hand number and type in 1 to move it to the top
Repeat for the next song (type 2 for the order)
Repeat until you have enough songs for the session ( the unplayed songs will be belos the last number you typed)
You may want to keep a few setlists for practising
Name them along the lines of " Bandname 2024-12-27" (note: 1 or more spaces at front, keeps list near top of screen).
After the session, rename the setlist without the leading spaces (will then be stored in alphabetic list in date order).
To create a new list, Copy an existing list into a new setlist (same name format with leading spaces)
Delete old setlists for this "bandname" when they are no longer required.

Note: It may help to remember that a song can be in more than one collection

Ah yes. I did find this eventually. I'm obviously a bit slow and not adventurous enough investigating all the drop down menus.
Many thanks for all the other replies and suggestions.
