Hello,
I would like to report a problem occurring during synchronization between Windows (server) and Android (client).
I am trying to sync pdf score files that contain an emoji in the PDF filename. When such a file is present, synchronization is aborted on Android with a "connection error" message.
The same error occurs when syncing from an M1 iPad (server) to Android (client).
If the file with the emoji is restored from a backup, Android does not seem to experience any issues.
On an Intel-based iPad, synchronization completes successfully, but the synchronized PDF files are not displayed — and even previously existing PDFs for the same "Composer" are no longer visible. By “not displayed,” I mean the file appears to open, the correct page number is shown, I can turn pages but the screen remains black.
The M1 iPad does not appear to be affected by this issue (i.e. it syncs (as a client) ok and operate properly).
Thanks a lot in advance for any insight.
