I am a new user and have bought an Android tablet and installed MobileSheets but have no idea how to use this app.   I am a singer belonging to three separate choirs and need to understand how I can maintain musical pdf pieces for use in rehearsals when I need to make notes on the music.   I then need a way of pulling together the correct pieces in the correct order for use in a concert.  Sometimes a piece of music could be used by more than one choir.    I have already managed to load up some of my music from my computer using Google Drive.    How can I keep sheet music easily so that I can find it quickly in a choir rehearsal for example?    I need HELP PLEASE.

I'll go over some basics:

1) First you need to import your files into the app. For the sake of simplicity, I'm going to assume you will have just one central library and use a metadata field like "Collections" to separate pieces for each choir. So first tap Import->Local File (if the files are on your device) or one of the cloud service options. Then tap each file you want to import and tap OK. You can also use Import->Batch Import if you want to pull in PDFs from many folders at once. If you individually select files using the first approach, you can assign the Collection at the time of import saving you from having to add that information later.
2) Now that there are pieces in your library, go to the Setlists tab, tap "New" and enter the name of the setlist. Add the pieces in the order you will need to play them. Save the changes, tap the setlist, and then tap "Load All". Now your pieces are shown in the order you added them and you can flip between the pages with a tap

If you want to then filter on pieces for a specific choir, tap the collections dropdown at the left side of the filters bar on the library screen, and select the one or more collections to filter on. Then only pieces from that collection will be shown.

You can use collections to separate groups

A song can be in multiple collections (and setlists)

As you may be sharing sheet music in more than one group. it is probably a good idea to load the the same piece twice using different names. This will allow you to keep any annotations separate for each group.

When creating setlists, I suggest you name them in the format "group yyyy-mm-dd anything else"; this keeps the setlists for each group separate and sorted in ascending date order. You can also add a couple of spaces at the start of a name to keep it near the top of the setlist page (use "three dots Rename" to remove these after the "gig" has passed)

If you have a windows pc, you might want to try using the companion to import/manage files on the tablet (depends on how familiar you are using windows). I prefer doing this.

Suggest you just put a few sheets on the tablet and play around with it to understand how it all works; then wipe the database and set it up as you wish to continue i.e. don't spend a lot of time setting it up until you know how you want to use it.
