I got a bit confused with where I was in some music the other day when using mobile sheets horizontally and scrolling.

It would be nice to be able to set a customisable marker to show what was at the bottom of the view before the latest scroll to assist with keeping track of the geography of the piece. This could be a customisable line going across the screen or just some arrows at the sides of the page.

Sounds like a good idea. I've only really used mobilesheets on e-ink devices and because they refresh more slowly it can be difficult to follow a scrolling page so I don't bother using it. I almost used it for a performance a few months ago. I spent a while trying to set the scroll speed to make it as easy as possible to follow but ended up deciding it wasn't worth the risk and just went back to page-turning for the performance. Something to make scrolling easier to follow could be really good for e-ink.
