ChordPro: slash chords not transposed

In some cases the bass notes of slash chords are not transposed (see attachments):
- if the chord is omitted and only the bass note is written
- if "0" is used instead of "dim" for diminished chords

I'm seeing behavior in some cases. Might be due to the base file having a # as part of the bass note. eg. B/D# & A/C#. I'll try and pin it down further.
