Does anyone know if it's possible to increase the size of the Quick Action Box?

At the moment, no, the quick action box is a fixed size. Are you wanting the icons to be bigger?

Yes, probably twice the size. This would make it easier to operate during a live performance.

I will have to add settings to control the size then, as some users want it larger, others smaller, others want more icons, others want to make all icons configurable, etc. It will be difficult to make any changes without letting the user have control over all aspects, which means much more complexity and work in changing the implementation, along with the necessary UI changes to let the user pick all those settings.
