I would like to transpose a sheet I have in my library.
I wonder if you could tell me how to get to this page?

That feature only works for text or chord pro files. If you are using a file of that type, load your song, tap the center of the screen to bring up the song overlay and you will see the transpose icon at the top right corner of the song overlay.
