Hi
Been using MS Pro for over 6 years.
Just bought a new tablet (Honor). Old one packed up.
When I log into Play Store, to download again, I'm being asked to pay £13.49....thought it was free as an existing user.
Logged in using normal details.
Do I need to pay a second time ??

Did you buy it from the Play-Store or Mike's own website. If from Google Play you should get it for free. Mike's own website is single license per device so you would have to purchase again.

Good question.......It's been so long, my guess it was Mike's website, so maybe I need to pay again.
Thought it would be free either way. Not to worry.

Contact me at mike@zubersoft.com if you want to look into this further. Provide the email addresses you might have used if you purchased through Google Play. If you think you purchased through FastSpring, just let me know what name you would have used and I can verify whether or not I can find that information. If you go to Settings->About on your device that has MobileSheets installed and you don't see a "Deauthenticate License" option, that means you are using the Google Play version.
