Maybe that is too much I call for:
My combo has a piece of music with (f.i.) 28 pages. My part is on page 5 and 6. I define following page-order: 5,6,1-28. I do this, to have my part in the beginning but also have the complet set together.
Now I make some manual additions/remarks on page 5. This additions are only saved in this particular page 5, not in its sibling.
Would be nice, if that could be changed (if possible).
(Making this remarks on page 5 before changing the page-order and then changing the order as above takes the additions to the twin page as wanted. But sometimes you add remarks only later, if you practice with the combo...)

I have a M-VAVE Chocolate Wireless Pedal, it is communicating with my tablet, but doesn’t appear to be recognised by MobileSheets. Can anyone please advise me how (or if) I can get it to turn the pages in MobileSheets? Thank you in anticipation.

I have just recently started using the built in scanning capabilities of MS to add new songs to my database.

I am either doing something wrong, or there is a problem related to naming these new pieces.

Here is my process:

1) While in the "Songs" category click "New"

2) Click the Camera icon

3) Take a picture of the music and click "Done"

4) The PDF is created and a default name is created that appears to be derived from the current date.  That new name is shown in the very upper left hand of the screen, and also below that in green.

5) I want to rename the new song so I click the 3 vertical dots and select "Rename File"

6) A dialog box is presented and I change the name of the newly scanned piece

7) The Green text shows the new name, but the very upper left hand part of the screen still shows the default name.

8) When I exit back to the main menu the newly scanned piece does not have the name I assigned, it has the default numeric name.

9) I then have to long press the song, enter the "Edit" menu where I can rename the piece.

If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know.

I don't know if this has been reported already, but there seems to be a new(?) bug introduced in the "Rearrange pages" feature.

If you use this feature to copy pages (for a repeat, for example) then you go into one of the pages that's repeated and edit it, this seems to work fine while you're in the edit screen (ie, the edit is only applied to one of the pages). However, when you exit the edit screen, the same edit is applied to *both* pages.

I used to use this feature to handle repeats - I would cut out the music from the first repeated page that I didn't want to play the first time (a |2---------|, for example) and I would also cut out the music from the second repeated page that I didn't want to play the second time (a |1----------|, for example). 

This always worked previously from what I can remember, but I've just tried it again on a new piece, and the edit is applied to both pages, as I said before. This is not useful, and the only way round it that I can think of is to rescan the piece with the repeats included in the scan - which is far less convenient.

Small question - I am to play a contemporary music from a score with 5 people, clearly designed to be used landscape mode. As you can see, the usual horizontal half page turn loses its point in this type of score reading, as I am not able to simultaneously see my part and also see the upcoming part. A photo with my ideal vertical half cut is attached.

As I suggested in the photo, is there a way to have the half page turn vertically, so I will be able to play this kind of score just as if I am doing horizontally with more usual/normal vertical sheet music? I hope I am making sense here.

Fairly new user of the app, and so far for just the library management features alone it's been great. I play in a small worship band with a decent-sized repertoire so it sure beats carrying a huge binder of music around!

I have a Korg monologue and have tried to set up program changes on song load, so far with no success. MS will see incoming MIDI from the synth, and I can even use those to trigger things in MS, but sending doesn't do anything.

I have made sure that I have all the Rx MIDI options enabled on the monologue, and it is able to receive MIDI from other apps on my tablet (a Lenovo Tab M10 Plus Gen3), but for some reason nothing sent from MS seems to work.

When I connect it, I do get the prompt and it shows the monologue is connected. I have tried all 4 MIDI device options and both Default and Google drivers, and still the same results -- no trouble receiving MIDI from the monologue but sending doesn't work. Even tried a few different USB cables just to be sure. Unfortunately I don't have any DIN MIDI equipment to test with.

Has anyone had success sending MIDI over USB to a monologue?

Did the way to create a new library change?

The way it is described in the manual does not work for me. I don't see a '+' anywhere. only a list of the current libraries in the "Switch Library" dialog.

I am using MS 3.8.40 (the e-ink version) on a Boox Note 3.

Hi all, just to get it out of the way, I've already reported this to Boox.

So, has anyone else noticed odd behaviour with the Android status bar at the top of the screen since the recent Beta, and now full release, firmware updates?

As I like having the status and nav. bars available I don't use the full screen option in MS, so I see a normally reversed colour (greyscale bar, white print) status and nav. bar.  However, since the firmware... change, if I access the Control Centre screen via the status bar, the print goes black, I change something (like turning the front light on or off, or de/activate WiFi or Bluetooth etc.) the status bar often goes white and the print stays black, until I close the Control Centre when the bar stays white, BUT the print goes back to white also, thus making it unable to be read.
Tap the screen to go into the Control Centre again, and go out again doesn't fix it.
Change a few MS screens until it rewrites the screen and things revert to normal.

I find this somewhat annoying...

Though I don't use it, I also have Fakebook Pro installed and the same thing happens in it.

I have used the Connect Tablet function to setup one of my tablet with Mobile Sheets installed before and it works perfectly as a Leader but when I try it just now to set it as a Leader, it is not working.

1. When I tap on Leader and assign it a Device Group Name and then tap OK, the Group name field show "Null" and an the IP address of the tablet shows up

2. When I use another tablet to try and connect to this IP address, it give the error "Failed to connect to 192.168......"

3. I checked the randomized MAC address setup on the tablet that I am trying to setup as Leader and randomized MAC address is not enabled

4. Reversing the role and using the tablet that cannot be setup as a Leader to connect as a follower to the other tablet works OK

5. I tried Importing Settings backup from the other tablet to it but no difference

6. When I test it using Bluetooth, the other tablet see this tablet's Group Name but when I select the name and tap on Join Group, the error "Failed to connect to ...Group Name  " is displayed

7.  Same issue whether I set it to Book mode or not

8. Also when I tap on "Disconnect" on the page of this Tablet that does not work as a Leader, nothing happens.  On the other tablet that is setup as Leader, tapping on the Disconnect will exit the Leader mode on that tablet

9. I tried exiting the program and shutting down the tablet and restarting it and it is still not working

I believe the program must be saving some previous Connect Tablet settings for the connection somewhere that's why it is able to connect using the option "Connect With Last Used Settings" and I suspect that something there may be causing this issue as the Group Name should not be showing up as "Null" after I tap "OK" on the Leaders options page.

Is there a way to remove previous Connect Tablet settings that is stored for used with the "Connect With Last Used Settings" function as this may clear some of the connection issues I'm seeing on my tablet right now.

Hello, I can't connect to compagnion via usb, but I get a blah, blah, blah error message. On the other hand, there's no problem with wifi, except that I have to connect via mobilesheets using the connect to compagnion option. is this the right method? basically, the tablet isn't recognized via usb, even with the firewall and anti-virus turned off. I've tested the same problem on another computer.
