Hi all, sorry for my English. I'm German .
I have some questions on handling of Audio Files:
1) How can I use multiple Audio Files I can choose from case by case? There are two main sample applications which appear quite a lot for me:
1.1) Saxophone Solo Transcription:
1.1.1) First I have the full song (from the very first measure to the very end)
1.1.2) second I just want to play the cutout witch matches the solo transcription
1.1.3) third I have the cutout of the solo in a slowdown audio version (e.g. 80%, 70%) for playing along in the original velocity is sometimes too hard for me (also see question 2)
1.2) Playalong File in two flavors. First: Full (melody/solo with accompaniment), Second: only the accompaniment for I am the soloist.
2) Slowing down the Audio: Is it possible to play the audio in reduced velocity (maybe by setting a velocity percentage)? If not, I would like to put this on the wish list.
3) Is there any possibility of “visual tracing” of the music in the sheets while Audio is Playing?
4) With point 3): Is there any possibility of “automatical page turns” while playing along with the audio?
Thank You for Your hints

Hi
I use a Samsung Galaxy note 12.2 and sometimes the pdf scores that I have could do with a bit more editing than is available in MS pro. For example if I have a medley of several songs I might have several different pdf score pages. In order to make it easier to follow, I would like to cut off those bits of the score pages (from different songs) which I don't want. Or alternatively I would like to blank out bits of the scores. (I have tried the droplet function but I couldn't get this to work.) A rubber function which leaves a trail of white or black would also do. I've tried a few pdf editors but they are not really suitable. Does anyone have some first hand experience of one which might be suitable?
Thanks

Hi
I've tried various routes to crop my pdf scores. Occasionally some do crop but most of the time I set it all up applying it to one page, all pages etc but it simply resets back to the original size with no crop.
Anyone else have this bother or perhaps there is some setting that I'm missing which is preventing it from cropping?
Thanks

Hi all, I'm new, tomorrow I'll receive my new tablet HannsPad 133 Titan (13.3"), I've read the manual about MSP and a lot of threads in this forum, as I'd like to start with a good configuration I'm asking you some questions.
My aim is to store ALL the data (scores, annotations, MSP database, audio files, etc.) that MSP will manage on EXTERNAL SD card in my new tablet, I'll use a 32GB SD card.
Questions:
- Should I set "Let MobileSheets Manage My Files" ON and the "Set the MobileSheets Storage Location" to the path of EXTERNAL SD card ?
- Should I set "Expose Database File" to the path of EXTERNAL SD card ? NOTE: I've read that on Android systems (my new tablet will have 12GB of disk space) does exist two partitions, one small (1-2GB) about the app and the remaining for the data, is this true ?
- What about "Copy Audio Files" ? In order to have also the audio files on the EXTERNAL SD card ?
- The Backup function (to create a .MSB file) is 1:1 in respect of files owned by the EXTERNAL SD card ? I mean if I've 20GB of data will I obtain a file .MSB of 20GB ?
- As I'll use the EXTERNAL SD card that could grow more than the maximum allowed space on my tablet (almost 10GB if we exclude that small partition 1-2GB for the apps) is it possible to define a different path for the Backup ? Maybe via wifi over my iMac ?
- If the point 5 is not applicable how should I backup my data ?
ok, it's all for now, I'm quite excited to cross the bridge to the digital sheets and I'd like to start with "the right foot".
Thank you everybody, Roberto.

hi all,
my name is paul, i recently purschased the pro versio of the app,
i love it, i use it every day,
but in a nutshell, this is the problem i have:
i have 68 files, by various composers, if i want to look at one, i have to trawl through all 68 files, all in the "recent" page, assumably the first thing that opens when the app is started,
this is a very basic problem and i thing its become a bit of a mountain in my brain,
all i want to do is create a "folder" called bach, mozart, chopin etc, and put the releveant files into it, without duplicating them.
for the life of me, i cant do it, i think the filing system is horriifc.
ii am new to android, amybe this is the problem
is there anyone in the uk who uses this that amybe i can call, me and mike have emailed each other time and time again, and i have been left frustrated.
Paul

Manual smooth scroll from Mobilesheets is gone |

All of my big band friends who use iPad are envious of the manual scrolling feature from the older Mobilesheets.
Here is a link to a video showing how it worked.
https://youtu.be/8fzNhLcc8s8
It's very simple. You press to start scrolling and press again to stop.
I don't want to program points to jump to nor do I want to jump ahead a fixed amount of lines. I really miss thus featurem
Am I doing something wrong and is it possible with the Pro version? I think I've tried everything.
Thanks

Hi all,
I will soon start using mobilesheets and i wanted to ask for some advice.
I want to import large amount of music in various formats and that's fine but i have a question about the handwritten scores. I will need to handwrite some of the scores so i first would like to know which application you recommend me for doing that.
And second, i want to import those scores to mobilesheets but in the format that enables the transposition to other keys. Do i have to get that score transposed to .txt or some other file that mobilesheets uses? is that even possible? what is the best way to do this?
Thank you in advance.
