Adding the pages back in after deleting created a-whole-nother set of annotation blunders! The annotations from other pages have now been rearranged.
That doesn't sound like how it should work. I believe if you remove pages, the annotations should be removed as well, and the page numbers adjusted. When you say you deleted the pages, how did you go about doing this? Did you just adjust the page order? Or did you modify the PDF itself?
I just had a song where I got a more correct pdf, so I used Companion to
swap the existing file with the new. It was a new scan of the same symphony,
so the page numbers where the same, but the scan was different.
As the pictures show, existing annotations are "offset" both horisontally and vertically,
as well as strange noise is introduced. The first was to be expected since the scan was
different, but the second is a problem.
Is there any way we could get an option to "remove all existing annotations" from an
existing song when editing?

Using Samsung Note Pro (SM-P900) with Android 5.0.2
I changed the order of a 5 movement piece (the 4th movement was to be the 2nd), using Page Order: 1-4, 10, 11, 5-9, 12, 13. The pages are now being displayed in the right order. The annotations however seem to have been copied instead of moved. The new page 7 (old 5) now wrongly displays a copy of the annotations of the old page 7 (now 9), the new page 9 still - correctly - displays the annotations as well. New pages 10 and 11 (old 8 and 9) wrongly display the annotations of old pages 10 and 11 (now 5 and 6, still intact).
I've got some weird occurrences too... I've got a lot of duplicate annotations... There's some instances of highlighted areas that have been duplicated so much that it almost looks like I used the pen tool instead of highlight. I'm going to try to attach the file here.
