skipping beginning articles in songs starting with [ 't]
#1
When sorting songs, I like the program to skip the beginning articles of songs (like [The] or [A]).

Now, the Dutch language sometimes shortens an article and then, e.g. [Het] becomes ['t] (so without capital letter.

I may be doing something wrong with the setting of the articles, though my other articles neatly get ignored, but a song starting with ['t] and also with ['T] keeps ending up before all other songs.

Would you please consider fixing this in one of the coming updates? Thanks in advance.

Apostrophes are handled as punctuation which is going to be stripped and ignored for most processing on the library screen. The song titles are going to be sorted such that the ' is going to be grouped with other symbols and numbers. I'm not going to change this behavior as it would be too complicated to try to introduce locale-specific logic in terms of handling that. I would recommend editing your scores, and using the "Custom Sort Title" field to have them sorted as you would like regardless of how they are categorized on the library screen. That field is hidden by default but you can enable it by clicking on the "Configure Fields" action at the top of the song editor.
