Is it possible to insert an arrow (Shape) running from right to left?

Just move the Finger or pencil from right to left while drawing. This should do the Job.

Sorry, you lost me here ...   how do you achieve this?
What tool are you using, the line, the pen tool, a stamp?

Tap the shape tool (which is a line by default) twice to see all the options, one of those is the arrow tool.  You can then draw an arrow in any direction using it.
