I've been using MS on Win10 for many years. Now that the iOs app is available, can I create a backup on the Win10 app and import it to the iOs app? Any compatibility issues?

Every feature is fully compatible between all the versions. The only restriction at the moment is you can't connect over bluetooth between iPadOS and Android/Windows. I'm going to work on switching to bluetooth LE for that when time allows (assuming I can get it to work between platforms which is not guaranteed).
