In the songs tab, I have used the filters to show a subset of all songs. What is the appropriate way to select all the songs shown for an action, e.g. to delete them?

MobileSheetsPro supports a number of source types. Most of these are clear to me, but what is the intended difference between 'Charts' and 'Chords'?

I've not noticed this before but the overlay at the bottom of the screen(link points, metronome etc) keeps popping up whilst I have a song loaded, perhaps every five minutes or so.  Has anyone else noticed this?

When using the snippet tool to create a new song out of a section of a PDF, you enter the pages that you want included in that song.

If you then enter the Song Editor window, the page numbers displayed are 1 less than the pages that you selected (ie: I entered 36-54, song editor window displays 35-53).

Displaying the song displays the correct pages, until you exit the app. When next using the app the incorrect page numbers are used.

This problem does not exist if creating the new song using Copy, and changing the page numbers in the Song Editor.

When the Metronome "Accent First Beat" is selected on the Metronome window, then in Metronome Display Settings, Mode is "LEDs", the first beat isn't orange as the user guide indicates. The other modes do make the first beat orange.

My new Samsung P900 is greatly limited in what I can use the external card for. Although stock apps are allowed r/w access, this is not true of anything else . in my case, of course, this means Mobilesheets .

I had the same problem with my Colorfly, but managed to find a method of gaining r/w access through a simple modification of a file (documented elsewhere on this forum).

However, even this route has now been blocked by KitKat and above and the only way to make the necessary changes requires rooting the device. Personally, I'm not about to root (and potentially void my warranty on) something I paid 500 euros for only a week ago. Next year, I might be more willing to do so.

Many MS users have quite a lot of data stored and it can be a lot more convenient if this data is on the external card, particularly for devices with limited internal memory.

Hunting the 'net revealed this little gem;

"KitKat doesn't prevent use of the SD card. It instead requires programs that want to write/read the SD card to do it in a different more secure manner. The real issue is that many programers have not updated their APPS to conform to this new security feature. So if your preferred app doesn't conform complain to the developer to get onboard. Clearly if the stock phone programs work then any program can work if it follows the correct protocalls."

If this is the case - and I have no reason to think it isn't true - then I think I have to ask Mike what he knows about this and if any changes will be made to MS to accommodate this requirement?

When using the S-Pen for writing down some annotations, some strange straight lines seem to occur sometimes. It's not that big of a problem, I'd just like to know, if there's anybody else who can confirm this issue occurring from time to time?

A very minor thing and I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I would have expected that tabbing thru the fields on the Edit Song screen in MSP Companion would advance to the next field each time I hit tab.

When I tab, it only stops on Title, keywords, Custom 1 & 2 and Tempo as well as all the bottom tabs (configure --> Cancel)

Is this the expected behavior?

I'm trying to load songs receiving Midi program change via usb on my samsung Galaxy note 10.1
I see with an app called "USB midi monitor" that the tablet receive the program changes
I've created midi commands for songs, with "load song on receive: on"
But nothing happens

It work well in the other way, sending program change to my midi pedal board

Am I doing something wrong here, or don't understand the feature?

Hello guys, I'm new here...
a few days ago I purchased the app but I still can not make it work ... you may be able to help me ??

First let me point out that I use the program on a surface 3 pro, running Windows 8.1 on which I installed "Andy Android Emulator." it works well with other Android applications ..
Launching MobileSheets Pro, the program opens correctly but all fields (Song, Lists, Collections ... etc. Are empty.

I installed Companion on another pc with vista buisiness.

I launched the command "Connect to PC" and it shows the window with a little strange Mon IP address, 10.0.3.15 perhaps due to the operation in emulation ..

so at this point I launched the Companion on the PC, it does not detect the tablet automatically .. then I try to connect manually by setting the same number of IP ... after 3 or 4 attempts the Companion tells me that it is not able to connect with the tablet....
at this point I tried to select the USB connection mode but with the same result ... plus there is a new problem ... now every time I open the Companion a error message appears in a pop-up saying "can not find a valid USB connection" .
Now it is impossible for me to select the " Manual Wifi Connect "... the word is always in light gray and I'm unable to select this command option ...

As per suggestion described in the manual of the program I have also enabled the three ports on the firewall without success ....

Does anyone have any ideas ??
